A couple of years ago property wasn’t even a thought, but as we got older I found myself wanting some separation from the neighbors. Now with a 5 acre plot, the options are much more open. See what we are learning about gardening, living mostly off grid, and how to be more self reliant.
The rambler is older and in desperate need of updating. You can see us bring this place back from the horse poop slick it was and turn this into our dream property.
We are behind the curve on infrastructure, but with creation of raised garden beds and a high tunnel we have started. Follow along as we figure out how to do fencing and begin our outdoor kitchen area. With a larger family and home grown food we hope to make this a place where everyone can enjoy and learn.
